Many fellows have to travel a lot for business purposes. Why not give the traveling father a stuffed animal to keep him company and remind him of home? Plush toys aren't just for kids! Even if you don't want to give him the traditional teddy bear, then you can still find a realistic stuffed dog or plush toy of his favorite animal. If there is a small child in the house, you could get a matching set of big and small plush animals for the little one and Dad. This is a great way to emphasize the connection between the father and child. Dad will have something to remind him of home while he's away and his kid will have something to help keep them company with thoughts of their father. 4) If Dad Plays Golf
Golf is a favorite pastime for many men. If your father is one of them, why not get him a Father's Day gift related to golf? A monogrammed golf ball set is a very personal gift and could be a pleasant surprise for Dad. If you know what clubs he has, you might be able to provide him with a new pitching wedge or some irons. Even if Dad isn't the best golfer, at least he will have some great new equipment to enjoy.
5) If Dad Loves to Grill
It can't be just a coincidence that Father's Day occurs at the beginning of summer. Summer is the season for grilling outdoors, and if your father is into outdoor barbecuing, then you can get him a gift related to grilling. How about a personalized apron or a tool set for grilling with tongs, a spatula, and a barbecue fork? What proud griller wouldn't like that?
If your father spends his free time fishing, grilling, or golfing, drinks coffee, or travels for business, you now have a great gift idea or two for this Father's Day. Dad will really appreciate a gift that appeals to his interests, something that he can use and enjoy. A great present can be practical and also have sentimental value for Dad. The right gift will make Dad think of his thoughtful children every time he uses it!
